Currently I teach 7th grade English and love it! I am a licensed English teacher for grades 5-12, with four years of experience teaching students in middle and high school. My teaching experience includes high-level students, ELL students, and students with special needs and learning styles. Hobbies
I love teaching and am passionate about getting my students engaged and excited about what they are working on. Outside of teaching, I like to sit somewhere comfortable and read an excellent book (fiction, young adult, and mystery are my favorite genres) while drinking a cup of tea. I also practice yoga, enjoy hiking, and like to knit (although this is a skill I am still practicing!).
